In May 2008 Alex Harper-Brown came to Roatan for only 4 days...4 days rolled into 4 months. In this time she completed her divemaster course then continued onto Florida to become a PADI Instructor. In January 2009 she returned to the lovely Roatan and started working for Native Sons!.

Faye Radnor was born in the UK and decided to escape the small nation to explore the world. After falling in love with diving during travels in Thailand she decided that this was the thing for her!! Faye taught in Thailand and moved on to teach in the Red Sea. Having realised she missed tropical island paradises she moved to sunny Roatan and joined the Native Sons Crew!

David Swain used to be a swimmer and has always been fascinated with water and all that lives in it. He started diving in 1993 with the British Sub Aqua Club, became a dive leader and taught BSAC courses for a couple of years before becoming a PADI instructor in 1996. He is also an SSI instructor, EFR instructor and Ocean Reef Full Face Mask instructor. He taught diving in the UK for 10 yrs, diving with seals, sharks, dolphins, large rays and eels etc. He has dived under the ice in Norway, with great whites in South Africa, the best wrecks of the Red Sea, caves in Sardinia, reefs and hammerheads in Mozambique, Malta, Spain, Ireland, Grand Cayman & Utila. In 2005 David moved with his family to Roatan, working as a freelance instructor for many different shops and resorts all over the island. In December 2009 he started working for us at Native Sons. He teaches numerous specialties and would like one day to dive Swain's island in American Samoa.

Nancy Rodriguez is the one who will sign you up, keep a tag of your dives and charge you at the end! She is from West End, Roatan and has worked at Native Sons since 2002.
